Use of our site by minors

Our site is intended for people 18 or over. We have designed our registration process to identify children under 18 years of age.  We also specifically limit our appeal to people 18 and older. Security of our site

All accounts are password-protected so that only you and our authorized employees have access to your account information.  In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. We will never email you and ask you for your password.

All credit card transactions, and any other highly sensitive information (such as date of birth), are always transmitted in encrypted form. Only certain employees can access this information, and even then, only if the information is a part of their employment function.  No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.  You understand that your decision to transmit information to us is at your own risk. 

Use of your information

All information submitted by you to us becomes the property of Eyehunter.com. By submitting this information, you agree to allow us to use such information at our sole discretion pursuant to the terms of the Terms and Conditions of Use. We may release your name and/or any other information that you provide in order to facilitate the completion of any transaction that you initiate through this web site.  We may release your information as permitted or required by law or to prevent injury to a third party. 

We may use third party vendors for certain aspects of processing your account, such as for credit card transactions.  We will only provide such vendors with the minimum information necessary for them to perform their function.  We will not provide sensitive information to any other third parties unless required by law.

Our site includes offers from partners, sponsors and other third parties that offer services our customers may be interested in.  In connection with these offerings, we may provide your name and contact information to these third parties.  We accept no responsibility for the privacy practices of such third party companies. We do not include any financial information in conjunction with such disclosure.  We may also conduct market research, and include your information in such research for marketing purposes.  However, any information included in market research will be aggregate data, and will not include personally identifying information.

Your computer will automatically transmit certain information to our site every time you visit, such as your IP address and information concerning your browser.  This information is anonymous.

Data retention

We will retain any data you provide for an indefinite period.  If required by law, such as when information is submitted by children under 13, we will erase any data submitted upon notification.  We will also consider other requests to erase data.

Opt out procedure

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Our security and privacy policy are periodically reviewed and updated as necessary. We will post notification if there are any material changes in our privacy policy. We also encourage you to review our privacy policy periodically. Each time you use the site, you agree to all terms set forth by Eyehunter.com in both its Privacy Policy and Terms of use and any other policies published by Eyehunter.com on the site.
